We loved it, will definitely come back during Christmas with our family. Staff went above and beyond when our TV wouldn't work. We enjoyed the swimming and sauna (water was a bit cold but you get used to it). The room was luxe and the bathroom was a dream very clean and spacious. Loved the late check out also.

The hotel itself is lovely. The layout and location is great.
The room was not cleaned properly. Cobwebs everywhere. Marks and stains on the bed sheets, bath towels and shower curtain. There was a dead fly on the window shelf but was never wiped or cleaned. Was there the whole time we were there and cleaning staff were in the room.

It was nice to have a quick swim.
The location.
it was a long route round each time we went out to visit friends at their accommodation. Although in was showing as the closest, the fact that it was on a dual carriageway made access further.
