Location for us was great. Price paid was about right. Room we had looked newly refurbished so was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable.
Tired looking building and lift, windows were filthy on the outside.

Stayed in the Annexe which suited me as had dog with me. Able to park directly outside my room. Easy to find. The reception staff were amazing - sorted out a query on an over charge and were able to sort a refund. Went out of their way to show me to the Annexe. My room was perfect.
Area a bit run down. Lots of building rubbish. Woken early by a man shouting in a foreign language. Also banging on doors. Hot water was intermittent.

The room was relatively comfortable and provided me with respite during the experience. I was also able to order food from a variety of places in the city centre easily. The lobby was rather nice, though I did not see much of it.
The room wasn’t as clean as I had hoped (there were a few stains in the bathroom and the bed when we arrived). Location also provides little walkable access (though this is hardly the fault of the hotel), as there is no traffic crossing and the only route to the bus stop passes an intersection where cars pass at very high speeds and you are unable to see them due to a turn in the road. The stairs are also incredibly small; recommend you use the elevator (which was rather dirty) to avoid a trip and a fall.
