This is a 3 star hotel and facilities were exactly as expected. Reception was staffed and welcoming. The entire hotel including the room and bathroom were clean. There was a kettle, tea & coffee a small desk. Most importantly for my wife, a mirror with a power socket nearby for a hair dryer!. Location right in Finchly Rd is super convenient for local shops, restaurants & transport. Parking on site was easy and free (small car park on first come first served basis but we parked at check in with no problem). Breakfast was included but we did not take it as we were meeting others elsewhere. We will definitely stay again
The only minor point was that the pillows were quite high. Maybe they could put one small and one large rather than two large on each side of the bed. They were comfortable and perfectly clean though.

staff are lovely, always very helpful and happy.....Shytan on reception was so helpful, has good/sound advice and made sure that what we requested was done immediately........good choice of breakfast and not far from Finchly Road station

We were in town for a Wembley concert this was the nearest we could find available. It did the job for a night. The bed was clean and comfortable. Food at breakfast nice. Friendly staff.
Price seemed very inflated I know it’s London but feel like all hotels were cashing in because of the concert. The breakfast although food was good is in the basement so no windows very stuffy can imagine a nightmare if weather is hot. Room very warm although there is a fan. The windows open very wide which was surprising as we were on the 4th floor surely of a hazard having no locks? No fridge/ water in room although tea/coffee and kettle available. Bed was clean but floor radiator dusty, lots limescale around taps. Did the trick for one night easy walk to tube one stop to Wembley Park.
