Location was perfect to get to Wembley and also to get to Central London.

Pretty much everything. The staff were very nice. I want to give a particular shout out to Roger who ran the bar but also because the chef was MIA, not only mixed drinks, but also prepared the food. Quite a daunting task. Also Gloria at the front desk was very helpful as well as the woman who worked the graveyard shift. She helped me on several occasions with things I needed for my room when I came in late in the evening.
Nothing really. I just felt bad for Roger having to do two jobs at once, but he never complained and did an excellent job nonetheless.

There is a train station just 2 mins walk away.
Nearby there are restaurants as well
Price is very on the high side.

Room fine, a little tired - as was the rest of the hotel. Location great for our purposes, and a 2 minute walk from nearest tube station. Receptionist was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bag drop was available (some reviews say its not, but they do have a system).
Breakfast was poor in terms of portion and quality, especially considering the cost, but of more concern were the staff running the breakfast, one was slamming crockery around as though she wanted to break the plates, the other spoke poor English and didn't really have a handle on what was going on.
