Location, shower, bed, quiet
The bar was closed at 11:00 when we returned from the theatre

Close to underground. Modern with lifts. Very clean. Everything you need for a family room. Windows you can open is great. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable. Bars nearby but we were not aware of noise.
I know the green light in the room is probably for fire regulations but we are struggled to sleep with how bright it was.

Nice large room and shower. Filter coffee machine with decaf pods as well as regular. Comfortable bed. Great location in Camden. Receptionist very welcoming and friendly
Not that keen on the dark paint work which made it feel a bit dismal

Clean, good location.
I booked a twin room for me and a friend to stay in and was given a double. When I complained they said the twin/double was interchangeable and I should have been emailed to ask my preference. Nowhere on the booking does it say this and I was never emailed. My booking said standard twin room. I was told it was fully booked so there was nothing they could do. Check out was at 11am yet 10:30 the maid walked into my room without my consent, I was on the toilet and had to shout to get her to leave.
