Clean, good location.
I booked a twin room for me and a friend to stay in and was given a double. When I complained they said the twin/double was interchangeable and I should have been emailed to ask my preference. Nowhere on the booking does it say this and I was never emailed. My booking said standard twin room. I was told it was fully booked so there was nothing they could do. Check out was at 11am yet 10:30 the maid walked into my room without my consent, I was on the toilet and had to shout to get her to leave.
