Everything about this place was wonderful. We arrived late, and the hotel had left us very clear and straightforward instructions on how to find our room and get in, which made our arrival incredibly easy.
The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, from helping us with laundry to making travelling with our pet completely hassle-free. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were lovely.
The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, but what really stood out was the hospitality. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. A truly lovely place that I would happily recommend.

Excellently furnished and timeless in design and comfort
No personnel in reception at night and no phones in the rooms

Such a great hotel, rooms comfortable, dinner excellent
Slightly unfortunate that we received room 15 which is directly opposite reception on the ground floor. We were woken up in the night and early morning by people leaving.
We have stayed several times previously and felt that breakfast has gone downhill considerably too - there was a lot less quality and variety than in previous years
