The front door staff was extremely friendly
The bar staff is awful, their favourite word is no, ask anything their reply is no! That’s not what I’m used to from 5 star hotel

Door to ski and incredible service from Fred the pro ski shop keeper
The spa pool is relatively small with cold water and gets crowded around 6pm

The location of the hotel is great, ski in, ski out, directly to the slopes. Welcome at the reception was warm and friendly. Marie and Aleksandar were of big assistance. Breakfast is excellent. All in all, awesome place.
