staff on the whole were very friendly and coffee machine in our room plus good sized room.
breakfast was not included in my room - we had it once and thought it was over priced, stale and very poor.
I ordered a glass of wine one night, the bar staff very slow then was charged E16 for a tiny glass that came out of a dispensing machine. horrible wine and hugely over priced - didn't use the bar again.
Room service one night the food was cold - cost E100 for two: one chicken, one coke, one glass wine, one burger and plain pasta - couldn't be bothered to complain.
