The way I was treated when I arrived, he was polite and helpful and even upgraded me. which I was very grateful for.
shower was quite small, but it was ok because the water press was strong.

Room and bedding was okay, loved the verandah option.
The TV was on the wall on the left hand side of the bed. We started getting sore necks from having to face the left side in order to watch the television. The shower cubicle was too small.
