Great location. Second time we have stayed here. Had everything we needed for a family, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge. Staff were great with their communications and ensuring a car park. Tidy and clean. Plenty of coffee & tea options in room. Beds very comfortable.
Windows are single pane glass so not the most sound proof to students partying near by on the weekend. Wind whistled through joinery during bad weather, on 7th floor. Wasn't enough of a problem but something to note if your a light sleeper.

excellent location, easy to access off the motorway.
very short walk into town, very central
the facilities were generous with a decent kitchen and good sized rooms. the street was quiet, so there was very little city noise compare to other central city hotels we've used
the coffee table was very wobbly and could use maintenance or replacement
other furniture was very sturdy and in good condition.
the ensuite door in our room didn't run very smoothly.

Lovation
Didn’t like the bed could not sleep on it. We were an end room so had lights from next door building shining into bedroom
And you were unable to sleep because of it. Worst 2 nights stay we have had in awhile.
