Staff friendly and welcoming. The room was as expected - quite spartan but clean and with a kitchen and living area
The noise outside, from both wind and homeless people yelling at each other.

Single beds were very small!! Twin share should be 2x doubles pls!

Lovation
Didn’t like the bed could not sleep on it. We were an end room so had lights from next door building shining into bedroom
And you were unable to sleep because of it. Worst 2 nights stay we have had in awhile.
