Housekeeping posed my daughters soft toy rabbit on her bed. Very cute and much appreciated

The bed wasn’t great. Had a ‘mattress topper’ that constantly slipped during the night because it seemed to be too small for the bed, which was annoying. On 2nd night I wanted to remove it and revealed a very stained mattress underneath.
Everything else was ok. If I’d booked a more budget friendly place I’d have been perfectly ok with it, but we paid a lot to stay here for a bit of a treat so it felt a bit disappointing that the room was so average.
Staff were fantastic and the bar etc was super.

Love the clean room and comfy bed and the service, parking ur car away for you and getting it out when u need it. Wonderful place to stay will be back again.
