Perfect place to spend the night before catching the Picton Ferry

Very comfortable. Spacious room. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room as well as the kitchenette.

Hard to find/access due to construction in the area but that isn’t the properties fault. Only complain is lack of counter space in the bathroom. No place to put toiletries except on the back of the toilet or washing machine.

A super comfortable stay and great value for money!

I chose it for easy access for Wellington station (it’s a few minutes round the corner) but it’s an easy walk into the CBD/quayside as well for sightseeing. Apartment was sparkling clean, really well appointed and staff very helpful. Bed was really comfortable too! Would definitely stay again and will look at other Quest hotels when travelling in future.

Very disappointing and frustrating

The location is convienient for the stadium but nothing else

From arrival and having to talk to a very quietly spoken after hours staff in the cold and pouring rain to leaving was a disappointment. In our first room the TV and heating didn’t work. The duty manager changed our room . We left on our second day but upon returning our previously booked and paid for car Park was allocated to another resident . When we called after hours, the staff member told us to call Booking.com it wasn’t his problem and was very arrogant . We found a space 250 Meters away from the hotel and had walk in the pouring rain and cold back to the hotel., we had initially booked a car parking space. We were told the reason for this was a staff member had cancelled our booking and our car parking allocation. We have been told we will have the cost of our car parking reimbursed but what about the inconvenience of us booking and paying but then having to park 250 meters away. Still waiting for our reimbursement . The beds are very uncomfortable and shower water pressure very weak . All In all not an enjoyable stay and won’t be staying again.

Staff very helpful . Always clean and everything works.

The staff are great . Love staying here as it’s always a pleasant stay.

We understand there is no service on Sundays but some extra tea and coffee would be good on the Saturday for Sunday!

Good

The location was great, very central to embassy buildings and central city. The room was nice and quiet and when curtains pulled dark enough to ensure a great sleep in a very comfortable bed.

I couldnt work the oven that well and the microwave so hard to use. Also myself and another person could not enter the building on arrival because the intercom bell service was not working, we were lucky enough to have a man let us in when he arrived after about ten minutes. We could have rung the help number displayed but we didnt need to in the end.

Love coming back to the QOT!

The QOT is great because of it's location and apartment style rooms. Like the size of and facilities within the room. We had the reserved car park for the bike - nothing was too difficult. And they had looked after my suitcase for a week for nothing.

Love staying here when in Wellington.

The room was a great size, and the facilities suit someone staying more than one night as there is a kitchen, washing machine, and lots of room to eat/lounge, etc. in the apartment style rooms. Wonderful staff! Plus the location is excellent in the city.

Nice apartment, in a quiet location yet close to the action

Nicely located on the waterfront yet very quiet, and easy to walk to a supermarket or into the city centre for anyone without a car. Nicely appointed room with good cooking facilities, we cooked our evening meal there one night. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Had cancelled ferry booking after staying at Quest, went back there and the receptionist was fantastic, booked us another room for that night immediately, and upgraded us. Extremely courteous and helpful

easy to find, slick check in,location was good for sightseeing washing machine/dryer was much appreciated

told reception twice that body wash dispenser had been filled but they had not taken the top off the bottle so couldn’t use it until our last morning which was rather annoying

Our stay at Quest on Thorndon was of a very high calibre. The rooms were exceptionally clean with lots of amenities including a large kitchen and bathroom. Slightly out of the CBD but easy access to everything. Very helpful staff and we would definitely stay there again.

Good quality accommodation within walking distance of Wellington centre.

Easy walk into the centre of Wellington but nice and quiet too.

All windows are sealed so could not open them to let the cooking smells out

I guess we didn't realise you were on the outskirts of the city and would have preferred to be closer in,.

The rollaway bed wasn't that comfortable.
