Clean, tidy and had good facilities including washer dryer, full kitchen etc
Comfortable bed
Good toiletries provided
Don’t have easy tv options, no Netflix and I didn’t have the cables to connect a laptop, managed to get some movies to work , they were all really old or b grade.

Best central location. Near supermarket and centre of town. Immaculate room, very good rate, can't fault. Stay there every time if it's showing good rates. Sells out frequently. Much better option than local hotel rooms, because it has the kitchenette and washer dryer.
Room was a bit dark as it was away from Lambton Quay. Prefer rooms with view on to Lambton Quay, which is very iconic.
