Resolvido e urbano.

Localização excelente, próximo ao centro de comércio urbano, museus, praias e igrejas. Perfeito para todo tipo de clientes. Prático e confortável.

Estacionamento sob reserva. Para quem não exige conforto extremo. Ibis!

WILD for the night in Welly

Spacious room on the top floor, bed was comfortable, basic necessities for a one night stay. Close to all necessary amenities and stores. Parking close by facility. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Bed was excellent. Facilities very clean

No clock. Roon & facilities a little tired. Price was high compared to booking now. Using the excuse supply & demand to jack up prices is not fair on anyone especially New Zealanders. If it happens again may consider going elsewhere. We have stayed at the Ibis many times. We like the locality but don't like bei g ripped off.

Clean, convenient location, reasonable price.

No swimming pool. More space, hours of restaurant. Sewage smell from outside all the way in the hotel rooms.

Disappointing. Staff not very cheerful or experienced

Lovely friendly housemaid, good location, clean and tidy.

Booking process was very difficult and took 5 emails to get a correct booking. Bathroom was small, shower was tiny, Expected room to have more facilities ie microwave and dishes, sink to fill jug and clean glasses and cups. No tea towels or hand towels.

Everything. I ordered food but they asked my husband to collect it downstairs. First time i went to a hotel without toothbrush, toothpaste or even bottled water to drink. Breakfast, bacon was burnt. Taste bitter.. not much options.

Disappointing

Great location , close to everything

The noise on the floor was really bad . There seemed like there was a party next door as: The walls were banging / vibrating There were stars / confetti outside next door The hotel staff confirmed there young people staying on the same floor which meant no sleep!

Business class room No heated towel rails, iron was broken, room didnt get a full make over, curtains arent black out and when office next door left the lights on it pretty much kept me up all night,

Comfortable.

Comfortable stay - meals, both dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Car park is narrow and difficult to navigate. Insufficient milk and tea sachets in the room. No toiletries / extras like shower cap, moisturizer or soap bar. noisy room next door.

Could have been perfect but for the position of the bedroom near machinery

The location , staff , food and quality of hotel was excellent

My room ( 702) was VERY noisy as it was very near some sort of electrical machinery this finally stopped at 11pm but started again at 5.45 am the following morning Not acceptable. If I had realised this I would not have taken this room
