The front staff was awesome. A smile throughout our conversation, friendly and very helpful. She knew her stuff. The whole room - had a great sleep, comfortable pillows and great bed.
There was only 1 bathrobe but there were 2 of us, so I didn't use it because my husband didn't have one to use. I wanted both of us to relax not just me. There were no slippers?? I hate wearing bare feet in any bathroom and like to wear slippers after a nice shower. Also there were no toothbrush/paste in the bathroom, I had to ask for a couple at reception. There is no pool or spa pools ... and the windows at the Whitby Restaurant were very dirty - we looked outwards to another building and can see the water - very nice but could see how dirty the windows on the outside were and the outside building edges - who would be willing to go out there and clean the windows and the building edges (wear and tear of the building with bird poop here and there) - not a very nice sight to look at when eating a delicious meal.

Loved the proximity & convenience to all the shops, facilities & the waterfront.
Especially as we went to WOW, only 5min walk. Perfect.

location and the staff in the restaurant at dinner time
the room was noisy due to water pipes which made sleeping difficult. Its a reason for me to not stay again
