Location
The bathroom sink did not drain-. It was quite revolting . This was absolutely not good enough. The washing machine was also out of order.
There were 3 downlights not functioning-it was dark at the entrance.
No instructions for stove/ oven/Mwave.

The blackout curtains was great for a sleep in and though compact was perfect for us

Was able to bring my dog which is why it has a slightly higher rating than I might have given
Customer service is awful.
Unmanned reception is awful.
Over an hour on the phone to 2 different people just because they didn’t receive my email with Id and they never followed up on before the booking either. Hard work going round in circles.
Tried to keep them on the line due to the mess around but they put me on hold and never picked up again. I ended up hanging up after 20 minutes and calling again to get someone else. We were late to a restaurant booking as a result.
Booking.com had to help in the end and send an ultimatum to the hotel to help get us in.
