Excellent sound-proofing. There was no city noise at all.
The hotel's car park is only suitable for small cars, so we had to find street parking up the road.

Location. Staff were friendly.
Noisy. The windows were single glazed so the street noise was loud and kept us awake. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbours easily. The room doors had self closing mechanisms that needed adjusting. They made the doors slam closed. This was very load at 3am when other guests were retuning home.
