Property was well maintained. A few steps to Takina where I attended the conference. the room was large and spacious. the toilet and shower is large and spacious. Close to the museum and almost everything I need is within reach. The staff were very good. The staff even allowed us to leave our belongings after check out while we attended the last hours of our conference and collected our belongings at 3 p.m. Customer service is superb
The free wifi was turned off at 9 p.m.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. T
The bathroom and kitchen were spotless.
We appreciated the treat when we got there and the mints in the hallway.
It was really easy to rebook when our flights were cancelled.
Staff were avaliable if we needed them.
The handsaop container was broken and had big crack in it - it should be thrown away.
The leather coach has had a very hard life which is okay but it had food spills on it.
The windowns had handprints over them.
Some instructions on how to use the washing machine and Tv would be great.

Great location and value
No staff to interact with but well managed as long as there are no problems

Fantastic location, secure, handy kitchenette,
No reception, felt very impersonal, not enough towel rails, no toilet roll holder, water splashed everywhere from shower that a small provided bath mat couldn’t cover, no laundry powder provided, not enough cutlery for beds provided and paid for, smoke alarm batteries not replaced regularly so it needed replacing 10pm at night when it started beeping regularly
