Great location. Picturesque and peaceful. Food and drinks were excellent. Staff lovely.
Floor cleaning/bleaching near where breakfast was being served we could have done without.

The location, the style the riverside
Mostly the behaviour of the people, they were understaffed… as they said.. and the classic English hospitality: non existent .
