lovely hotel - quirky, clearly famlly owned and operated, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing location for breakfast and lunch, etc. - right on the water. the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfas was a treat. Private beach at the hotel is clean, and right on the water.
breakfast selection was quite modest, unusual that the cooked items at breakfast came at an extra charge, but not the end of the world

Musciara Resort was an absolutely stunning and peaceful place to stay in Siracusa. My friend and I came here to celebrate our graduation and had a truly delightful time. The resort itself is gorgeous with a subtle sea theme and quite open plan, so that you always feel connected to the beach outside. The private beach was truly luxurious. It was always quiet and peaceful so you could spend as long as you wanted swimming or lounging. The views both on the beach itself and in the room was beautiful, and we always saw boats sailing out.
The staff at Musciara Resort were incredibly friendly, warming and enthusiastic. It's a family-run business and you can feel how all of the staff love the place and the ocean. They were all very helpful with giving us recommendations, booking taxis, keeping luggage there on check-out day etc. The included breakfast was delicious.
It's in a great location, it only took 10-15 minutes to reach Ortigia and there was very easy access to restaurants and shops in Siracusa. I definitely recommend this resort for a peaceful and beautiful stay!

Unique place, mixing seaside resort experience whilst being 10 minutes away from the fabulous Ortigia food scene and activities. The facilities of the Musciara are even better than in the picture, absolutely worth discovering. From having breakfast on the tables by the sea to laying in the afternoon in the private beach, to have an aperitivo by the beach bar
