The size of the room was great for a family, and having a bathtub was a bonus. Tram locations are really convenient so it made travelling around the city very easy with children.
Our room had minimal natural light, as the only windows faced out to a concrete building. We had issues with the internet constantly saying there was no connection and being able to stream /cast which was disappointing with small children when they needed a break. Larger bins would be useful for families travelling with infants. When we asked about removing rubbish ourselves we were told just to leave it in the room. We’re told about the laundry facilities but when we went to make use of them, the laundry powder was out of order.
