Friendly staff and great location.
The 3 bedroom apartment is looking tired. The curtain rack was broken in the lounge and for some reason all the bedside lamps were missing. The windows were very dirty.

Location good ,had paid underground parking which was convenient.2 bedroom apartment was good size .had washing machine and dryer very handy for travellers .staff very helpful and friendly.
The elevator!!! Only one for the whole building and so slow ,waited 10 minutes when checking out as elevator constantly full when stopping on our floor ,ended up taking the stairs .small bedroom had no window or air conditioner got a bit stuffy at night

Central location and laundry facilities.
Unfortunately, the accommodation felt very outdated and could really use some updating. Both the bed and couch were quite uncomfortable, which made a five-night stay less enjoyable. The TV was an older model with no access to Netflix or other streaming services, and there was no Wi-Fi available during our stay.
The dripping tap was also extremely loud and became quite frustrating, particularly at night. There were also no basic tea or coffee-making supplies provided, including coffee, tea or sugar.
For a stay of five nights, we expected a few more basic comforts and amenities. The property has potential, but it would benefit from some maintenance and upgrades to make it a more comfortable stay.
