Well appointed with complete facilities for a weekend stay, excellent location. Roomy and very comfortable. Quiet despite being in the heart of the city.

Upgraded upon arrival without us asking. Size of apartment was very spacious and clean, friendly, helpful staff.
Noise from heat pump/ air con unit very loud from outside unit. Balcony not appealing to make use of.

We have stayed at here many times over many years and it has sadly declined. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms don't provide what they used to. I had to ask for tea towel as they are not longer in rooms. The bed making is not to international hotel standards either. I'm probably being picky but I expect a certain standard. Not sure I'd stay there again. In addition the last room we stayed in was dark, cold (inadequate split system for size of apartment) and hair in the bathroom, not cleaned very well.
