Would have preferred to know that breakfast was served at Coffee Club which was not great value.

1. I stayed for nearly 2 weeks and there was no room service to change sheets and towels etc
2.Amenities poor one small pack of tissues only one dishwashing pad etc
3. TV that was intermittent in picture unable to watch
4.I had to take phone call from my doctor and when he rang he could not be connected to my room I had go to reception and ring him back
5. Noticed homeless people sleeping in reception at different times which is very disconcerting
