Very comfortable bed. Quiet for sleeping great location. Walked to the tram.
The smell in the foyer was overbearing and wasn’t a nice smell it was a perfume smell but too strong

Incredible opportunity for 2 families with young children to enjoy their time together in a 3 bedroom apartment with incredible views. Comfortable rooms and spacious living areas. We must have got the best price ever cos we were blown away.
No cot available for a family with a baby.
Cleanliness could be improved. I don't want to come to stay and see any trace of other people...no hair or dirt in the bathroom, floors, corners or couches.
The gaps between the balcony barrier is not safe for children present and this meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony. We didn't know this before hand. Executive suite. Sure. Why wouldn't a 3 room suite be considered as an ideal option for families? Then accommodation.
It's 2026. Provide more than one towel per person, hand soap in the kitchen, more than one dishwasher sachet. More than one tea towel, dish sponge etc.

Close to the facilities we needed.
Very clean.
No where to park outside while unloading the car.
Our room’s kitchen was very small with the microwave on the other side of the room and no where for the kettle and toaster to be used together.
Price was too much.

it was in a good location, great for a weekend stay
the walls had marks and scuffs, some slight damage. the shower facilities weren’t refilled before our stay, the conditioner was empty and the body wash was rusted.
