The room was amazing and for the first time after traveling for days in Romania, I had a very long deserving shower where the temperature control works like it should. More than enough utilities in the bathroom for a Good shower. OMG the food 😩 10/10. For the first time in history I ate only at the hotel, absolutely no need to look for a restaurant. Such nice service and the staff super friendly and polite, even at the beach. Sunbeds more than enough to go round, no need to fight for a spot. Super Clean beach, less than 5mins away (this is only cause the hotel is on a cliff, so you have to go down)
There was absolutely nothing I did not like about my stay. Maybe only the fact that its not a buffet breakfast that im used to, but ordering was also fine by me and the food came hot. And I wanted apple juice but they only had FRESH orange and grape juices. Id live without apple juice. I came skeptical 🧐 but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone at Reyna, was such a lovely lovely stay. I even got a room upgrade 😩🤩

The restaurant is absolutely amazing. From staff to food, I would highly recommend it!
The room was never cleaned while we stayed at this hotel, for 7 days. The bed sheets were never changed. The towels were never supplied, we’ve had to ask for them every evening.
The room was not cleaned on arrival either, I have pictures of the filthy bathroom and dusty wardrobes but I chose not to post them. Also, the balcony was full of dirt, bird poo, feathers, dust inherited throughout the years as it has never been cleaned. I know what I’m talking about as I’m an extremely well traveled person.
And the view it’s not a view of the sea but a view of the restaurant’s roof.
Definitely not a 4* hotel, with a push I would rate it at 2*. But change your cleaners as you’ll become a no stars vila soon with that level of cleaningless!!
