Efficient organisation of space, good infrastructure and room facilities, modern hallways, close to the sea. Good food. Members of the staff were proactive and helped me not to lose my room key card.
* staff made a copy of my id against gdpr regulations
* pool water temperature was rather low
* lack of integrity upon checkout: I was asked to leave a Booking review only after confirming that all was good and I didn’t had any issues.
* minibar had about 3x the prices in the street shops.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. The rooms clean and comfortable.
The breakfast rolls could have been better.
The piped music goes on until quite late even when nobody is out by the pool.

Great location and wonderful beach access
Facilities are in need of renovation and there’s no security or controlled access to the hotel or pool from the boardwalk. Had a very unpleasant experience with an individual at the pool that wasn’t a guest and was extremely inappropriate and offensive in front of young children. Due to the lack of security it was left up to hotel guests to address the situation and hotel staff didn’t respond until after the individual was already gone.
