I liked that the hotel has free parking, there is a market right next to the hotel, and the room has a balcony.
The carpets in the rooms were quite dirty, and the curtains were dirty as well. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a cigarette smell inside. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would choose again if I visit Constanța in the future
