O locatie modernizata, a fost nevoie de un pandemie ca sa poate fi modernizat acest hotel.
3 stele facute 4 dupa modernizare dar mai au de mancat. Orice echipa a unei locatii cu pretentii de 4*+ trebuie sa fie mereu cu zambetul pe buze, aici… nu prea.
La bar daca cereai sa platesti apa plata la pret mai mare ca in Monaco prin card erai intrebat daca nu ai cash ca stim si noi cum e cu cardul, comisioane, trebuie bon.
Parcarea inclusa este o gluma romaneasca, nu problema ca trebuie sa platesti suplimentar este wow, ci faptul ca parcarea este supra aglomerata si in fata parcheaza… ghiciti? patronii si stafful.
Un singur lift supra aglomerat, daca esti cazat la un nivel superior ai de asteptat, uneori mult.
Mic dejun foarte slab si pazit ca Fort Knox, poate il fac macar diversificat in viitor.
Cireasa de pe tort este ca noaptea hotelul se inchide, da, un hotel de 4* se inchide noaptea iar dupa un efort de batut pe usi iti deschide usa o doamna de peste Prut tare suparata ca e deranjata.
Trebuie un reset la horeca din Romania ca poate asa le pasa de clienti.

Beach front
Some hotel areas were not properly managed. Baby chair from the restaurant wasn’t clean. Old stains and food hidden. Tip: go to ikea, buy baby chairs, only plastic, it’s only 70 lei. That way it is easy to clean up

The position is great. Near the beach, a lot of local stores, restaurants. Near everything. Position position position - 10 stars
The staff was very untrained. Young. 2nd thing the restaurant: they didnt have tequila, pizza, 3 choice of wine. Very poor the restaurant and the staff. But the staff was just not educated - didnt have enough information about what they have in the meniu. But always very polite, helped me every night with a bucket of ice. Very nice. But as part of the restaurant and the restaurant itself very poor - 1 star.

Close to beach.
No cleaning the room, no shampoo. Very small room. No new clean sheets.
