Location and breakfast was fab and staff was helpful.
No AC and room carpet was badly stained and the hotel needs to change carpet due to dull smell and can improve with leaving water bottle to drink in room and more to improve with comfortable facilities in the room. Also sea view was brilliant but should have private balcony for each rooms not just open with other rooms so people can enjoy the view with a drink and feel safe.

Location. Room size.
Breakfast was poor, not much on buffet, full English breakfast was reasonable but very very greasy. The whole hotel didn't seem clean. The carpets were disgusting and covered in stains throughout hotel. Needs a good revamp.
