Room was spacious, with a gorgeous view and a very convenient balcony, the bed was big and comfy.
Breakfast, snacks and dinner were also more than I expected within that price.
No sink in the toilets - why?
Location seems great at first, due to the proximity to the glacier, but there's nothing else there, literally.

Perfect location for skiing (also summer skiing on the glacier) and hiking. Very friendly and helpful staff (btw ski rental just in the next building and the hotel has very good ski storage area). Great options for breakfast and dinner. Also I had a nice room with a view to glacier, it was amazing. There are several saunas to relax and enjoy! I would like to come back.

The breakfast buffet is really diverse. Convenient stay for one or two nights on a trip through the mountains.
There’s nothing really to complain about, it is just not very special nor exceptionally nice or personal.
