The hotel is in a beautiful location with a large separate car park and a lovely Alpine atmosphere. Our deluxe apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The wellness part is really cool as well.
Dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. The portions were small and the food was not particularly good. We accidentally took two drinks from the breakfast machine, and the waiter spoke to us in a very bothered and unpleasant manner. We were also charged for both drinks, despite breakfast being included in our stay.

There was a very, very nice staff. The food, especially dinner, were amazing. It has surprisingly big SPA area with two types of saunas and quite room. The parking was very big and accessible. Plus the ski stop is just next to the building. We also enjoyed the time in relaxation area in the "winter garden".
I put my bag on the closet to save the space in the room and when I took it down it was covered with dust from the top of the closet. There was no information while booking that SPA area (mainly jacuzzi) is opened for kids only for 1,5h per day.
