Cozy family run hotel with a lot of attention on guest' satisfaction

Excellent breakfast with all you need (incl. a fruit juicer). Nice sauna (which was really hot .. every day) and had scented water for the Aufguss. Various saunas... Ski depot with boot dryer 4 courses dinner in the half board. The owners' family all work there ... this keeps the quality high and guest satisfaction. Very fair prices for bottles of wine.

not much to tell ... maybe just avoid to serve tasty food in deep plates (bowl style) where all the side dishes and meat mix. The bed ... I would have prefered a large blanket (the small one always slipped off the bed..)

Superb

polite staff, clean rooms. I had a la carte dinner, very tasty. Didn’t had time to go to spa as it is open in certain hours, next time! Good breakfast 😊 price, normal for Austria in winter

single bed could be a bit longer 😅

Nice place to stay for a ski trip.

Overall a good hotel with great staff.

Very nice staff, clean, delicious food in the restaurant, breakfast buffet. Everything is always fresh, plus they listened to all wishes, for example, we asked for cold water and cocktails in the room every evening, everything was cleaned nicely the next day. We took a cat with us, which is allowed in the hotel and everything was great)

The only minus is the smell in the room (it was musty, as if raw and a little cold in the room, although the batteries were turned on)

Come visit Tux at the Hotel Kirchler! Worth the stay!

What a great surprise! The hotel is really nice, Doctor Kirchler made the experience even better :) And I even had the opportunity to access the SPA! Unexpected, lovely, relaxing. 10/10!

Lovely hotel, ticked all the boxes for a ski weekend

The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent (and plenty of it) and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was good for both Hintertux and the Mayrhofen area with the ski lift to Eggalm just a short walk away.

The spa seemed to only open at certain hours which was a little restrictive. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room

Superb

Very friendly staff. "Dr. Marcus" was dispensing free schnaps when we arrived. Good spacious sauna, though it would be good to have some reading lights in the relaxation area.

Highly recommended! Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, fantastic food.

Amazing breakfast buffet and the five course evening meal was outstanding. Spa area is very nice and spacious. Ski room with a separate room for waxing was useful and there are bus stops going in both directions right outside the front door. Also direct access to a walking path up and down the valley alongside a small river was very nice for an evening stroll.

Excellent service

The service was exceptionally good, exceeded our expectations. The sauna was great! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was over the top spectacular ! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Favourite hotel during holidays, will come again!

During our alpine holidays, me and my friend stayed in 6 hotels and we both agreed hotel Kirchler was our favourite! Rooms are really spacious (bedroom, WC, restaurant, etc) and in every room family Kirchler took a great deal to details. Buffet for breakfast and dinner is always rich and for one dinner event they also had a live-music. The staff is always friendly and a great mix between attentive and not-disturbing-guests. Only this year I have realized they have a spacious sauna area which is very clean and comfortable.

The only thing we disliked were the soft pillows, but we still slept well!
