We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The decor throughout the property is amazing, and the spa and pool area are truly outstanding. The restaurant food was excellent, with great quality and presentation, although we would have appreciated more protein-rich options on the menu.
The ski room is modern, fresh, and very well equipped, making ski storage and preparation extremely convenient. The location is simply the best in the area and was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return.
There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. The room had no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, and the shower was fully visible from the bed. This unusual layout was not mentioned during booking.
The towel warmer was not working, and despite reporting it several times, the issue was not resolved. We were told it was due to the central heating being off for summer, although other guests said theirs worked. In a luxury sports hotel, a functioning towel warmer should be standard.
Finally, charging €3 for a bottle of tap water felt unnecessary and out of line with the overall guest experience.
