Had stayed ten years ago. Much improved.

Location is the greatest! Staff extremely warm and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety. Desk staff most kind!

Ein Kurz-Urlaub in einem besonderen Hotel, das man in guter Erinnerung behält.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Tiber. In 100 m Entfernung ein Markt und viel Gastronomie. Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme, gediegene Einrichtung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, feste Matratzen.

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht ganz meinen Vorstellungen, kein frisches Gemüse, kein Müsli. Aber wer es morgens schon süß mag, kommt auch hier auf seine Kosten.

Perfekt placering og venligt personale

Hotellets beliggenhed er helt perfekt i forhold til de fleste af det centrale Roms seværdigheder. Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona og Trastevere er lige om hjørnet. Den lille gade er meget stille og har ingen restauranter og kun meget begrænset trafik, så vi kunne faktisk sove med åbne vinduer uden at blive forstyrret. Personalet er virkelig hjælpsomme og venlige og skabte en god og familiær stemning.

Schönes Hotel in einer guten Lage Roms.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, interessantes Haus.

Am Frühstücksbuffet waren Eier teilweise schon früh aus, wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen ist in Italien normal, aber für uns unbequem.

A lovely break with a convenient ally located hotel

Very good location for bars restaurants and transport. Breakfast was extremely good plenty of choices. Very friendly staff

the disabled facilities are not good no grab rails and slippery floors in bathroom

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένες!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, ήμασταν πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία που θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε. Το πρωινό ήταν πλουσιοπάροχο και οι υπάλληλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Η θέρμανση μόνο ήταν πολύ δυνατή!

It is worth to pay this hotel, place, breakfast, room size and staff, all of them are excellent.

Breakfast can meet all your expectations. It was perfect and delicious.

The noise came from the other room by our room. Italian people like to talk and act very loudly.

I wouldn’t stay again

Nothing at all.

Our whole experience with the hotel was bad. Room was smelly, closet was a joke. There were two lockers and none of them work. I had to get a physical key from the lobby for one of them to work, and that too was mechanically impossible. Beds were very hard and so thin, couldn’t get any sleep at night. Bathroom size was reasonable but the water pressure was horrible. When we complained about the water pressure, they sent a guy to check and he kept saying something aggressively about the temperature in Italian and just left rudely. Later, front desk says that’s the best water pressure we can get and if wanted to shower in a different room they can have us use a non-functional room on a different floor. Toiletries were so low quality, body wash almost lathered like a detergent. All of this was so sub-standard. Thermostat doesn’t work at all and the fan was so noisy and kept getting louder into the night. We could not get a nice shower or a good night sleep, the two important functions a hotel is to provide for travelers. I honestly don’t know how this kind of a hotel could qualify to be a 4-star hotel in Rome. It’s mis-leading international passengers with sub-standard quality.

une très bonne adresse pour visiter Rome

Très bien placé, proche du Tibre, du Trastevere, du Campo di Fiori, de la place Navona, nombreux restaurants, carrefour express... Très bon buffet petit déjeuner. Petite rue calme. Donc une bonne situation permettant de visiter Rome en grande partie à pied. Bus 64 proche pour aller à la gare. Bon WIFI.

Il faudrait deux petits fauteuils pour améliorer la petite chambre, nous avons du les demander.( on nous les a apportés rapidement) Il faudrait aussi un peu plus d'éclairage, la chambre étant sombre ( papier peint marron) Globalement, c'est un bon trois étoiles, pas un quatre étoiles.( chambre 16m2)

Wonderful staff who were always so friendly and helpful! They made our stay in Rome so special!

The location was perfect-close to Campo de Fiori but tucked away on a little side street and a little quieter than the square. The decor is lovely and charming. Both stairs and elevator available to get to our room. The breakfast room is also really charming. The room was plenty big for 3 of us and the AC was such a relief after hot days!

Great location - but needs an upgrading.

Location - very central The staff of the hotel is great - very helpful to all the foreigners who stay there. (I never saw an Italian!!)

The room furnishings are very old: the bed was most uncomfortable and you could feel the old springs poking through. The pillows were like rocks - and one could not sleep on them.

Exceptional

The hotel's location was what attracted us in the first place since it's in the heart of the city and, at the same time, in a quiet street. However, from breakfast to amenities, everything was very carefully chosen to give you truly a nice stay. I'll definitely return next time in Rome.
