We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing and nightlife, with most places within easy walking distance. The hotel is right on the piazza, and our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed.
Our piazza-view room was a little noisy, so we asked to change rooms, and Claudio and Beverly went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and both speak perfect English.
The breakfast was great, and when we mentioned how much we loved the coffee, they brought us extra K-cups. They even prepared breakfast for us early because we had to leave at 6 a.m. for our flight.

Location, Location Location. I truly enjoyed the view at night. Too bad I do not have photos for proof but it should encourage you to stay here. We walked everywhere from the Hotel but were in a rush to get to our Vatican City Tour and the lovely host called a taxi for us. Do you know how easy my check in was? 20/10. Sleep 50/10. Breakfast 100/10. The hotel Staff was absolutely the best and THEY MADE the STAY ENJOYABLE. Andrea got us squared away quickly so we could be on time for our tour. VERLY WAS INCREDIBLE! She served the best cappuccino, coffee, espressos, and not to mention the REAL EGGS. She was very hospitable and patient with some rude, difficult people. THAT should tell you how much she does to save the face of this business. She deserves a raise or bonus. Eva kept everything spotless in and around the rooms. Matteo ensured we got our ride and directions.
There was nothing to dislike about this property. I will stay here again, 100%

The hotel staff and housekeeper were very nice and went above and beyond for us. The location is great and the property is very clean. I would definitely stay here again
