The breakfast was great - ample choice, good quality and always fresh, plus plentiful coffee all eaten in the sunny and relaxing rooftop room - a great way to start the day. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the shower great, and it was very quiet. The location was perfect for us to- close to the main sites in the historical centre and also to multiple good restaurants in the Jewish quarter and in lively Trastevere.
A very minor disappointment was that the room was rather dark as on the ground floor, which meant there was no view either.

Staff friendly, room was big, shower was great and the complimentary breakfast on the roof each morning.
Door would not lock properly at times and door handle came out from the inside on the 3rd day. Staff was told but did not fix.

Concierge and manager were super friendly and super helpful. Room was well equipped and cleaning was excellent.
The Lavazza coffee machine was a HIT!
We gave manager some constructive ideas on what to improve in the bath/WC. He was very thankful for our input.

Great location. Cozy and charming room. Nice staff but not that knowledgeable.
Overpriced not worth the price (both mornings I had only lukewarm not hot water to shower, my room 307 looks at a wall, you can hear your neighbors in the bathroom so it’s overall a bit noisy, breakfast was very basic, rooftop lacking atmosphere with no view, elevator is super slow).
