Location fantastic, 5 minute walk to Pantheon. Clean and comfortable. Staff great. Included breakfast was awesome. Lounge furniture a little tired looking but that is not of consequence.

The air conditioning was some of the best we’ve experienced in all of Italy and when it’s 40C (100+ F) it was such a relief to walk in and instantly be cooled. The living space was massive. The bed was very comfortable. The location was absolutely top tier with Piazza Navona a 2 minute walk from the front door and some truly excellent dining options right on the Piazza.
The bathroom layout was not ideal. The toilet room was tiny. The sink area very small as well with no real space for personal items. The shower/tub area wasn’t our favorite either. There was a large window looking into the (private) hallway with no covering, making for a very strange experience when showering and there was also a lack of any kind of door from the shower area to the bedroom. It felt very odd when compared with the rest of the apartment which was spacious and lovely. I think some sort of window covering would be preferred (maybe some frosted material?) Despite this I would certainly recommend the property and stay here again.

Location was good.
The photos and advertising imply that the hotel is nicer and more spacious than it is. It has some stylish furnishings but was very rough around the edges (maybe that’s why it’s called G-Rough?). Very overpriced for what it is. I splurged thinking it would be something special. Not so much.
