This is a lovely hotel in a great location which has a exceptional roof bar
Unfortunately our whole stay was nearly ruined by by a very rude lady on reception who when asked if she could sort us a white taxi to the port was really put out, I then asked for a copy of our invoice only to be told she had already given me a copy - This was not the case. Her whole attitude was awful. I need to point everyone else in the hotel from a different lady who checked us in to the staff on the roof bar where excellent. It’s a shame we left feeling really annoyed especially as this is not a cheap hotel - manners should be top of the list when dealing with customers and I would not want customers leaving feeling the way we did.

More coffee pods, some body lotion, no coffee machine in our room, and include the cooked options in the breakfast price.
