Location location location. Old town nice area close to the major sites. The room was compact but we expected that of a European hotel. The room wasn’t ready so we went exploring and the front desk guy took our bags to our room. Great service.
Tiny lift but not really anything to worry about. Just made 2 trips with our bags.

The location is the best in town. The staff are amazing. You get the best value for your money. And it is a true Roman experience.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The staff did help us coordinate a driver when requested.
The layout is weird going to the room. The hallway has many turns and unexpected steps up and down. Even in the room itself there is an extra step down from the hall into the room. The edge of one of the beds is exposed so my husband ran into many times during our stay. The do not disturb function was broken but the staff acted like we were just too dumb to work it. When she finally realized it really was broken, she didn’t even offer a paper sign to display. The AC is very slow and somewhat weak in the room. This was an extremely expensive hotel for what we got.
