We chose Relais Virgilio for its location and it was even better than expected - a quiet, safe neighbourhood within walking distance of most of Rome's key sites e.g. Piazza Navona, St Peter's. Communication was fantastic in advance and during our stay, with really clear directions and entry instructions. The host was delightful and very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. In terms of amenities and facilities, we had everything we needed e.g. it was great to have a small fridge in the room. Just around the corner there is an excellent cafe-bakery for breakfast or a snack of cake and pizza, and there is also a small supermarket just a minute away.

Basically its quiet and walking to plazas and other places is not too far.
Good wifi , someone was in contact thru message service since there was no front Desk personnel for Saturday and Sunday
No front desk service Saturday / Sunday. Check out is 10am pretty early. Elevator to hotel is very small, no help with luggage
