The hotel is good if you like to go to Unipol Arena.

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel, particularly its location near the Unipol Arena. The breakfast options are plentiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable. The hotel's close proximity to the train station is also a significant advantage, allowing for easy travel. What's more, I felt perfectly safe walking back from the arena alone at night.

- location was adequate for what we needed
- lift size is exceptionally small!! One person and a suitcase just fit
- waited over an hour for room to be ready, was available well after check-in time
- no coffee/tea facilities in room
