The location of this place is absolutely perfect! It is very close to the metro station and right next to a luggage storage facility, which was incredibly convenient for our last day. The neighborhood is great, and the apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and packed with all the necessary amenities.
The only minor issue we had was figuring out how to communicate with the staff at first. However, once we discovered that they respond quickly on WhatsApp, everything was perfectly fine.

We booked two suites on the ground floor for a group of 6 in each suite. It was nicely furnished and lighted well. Modern look. Both suites had ground floor outdoor patio with lounges and tables. The codes for the doors and communication through WhatsApp at all hours was easy.
There is a locker storage by a partner company in building A. We didn’t get this information till we checked in online but it made it easy to store our luggage on premises before our rooms were ready.
Plenty of lighting.
Walkable distance to the playground, arena de Barcelona and magic fountains. Easy to call taxi through Freenow on the app.
Since we booked two suites, we didn’t realize it would be in different buildings but the patios are next to each other. Just no access.
There was a rowdy party in the units upstairs even though there are rules for quiet hours. They threw a used condom and cig butts on one of the patios. I notified the company and even though they apologized, no one came to clean it and we had kids in the unit. Also the shower floor is very slippery in unit 100. I fell and hurt myself so be careful.
All European plugs so bring a converter.
Bedding is very light with only a bedsheet so it can feel cold at night. Sofa bed was hard to close during the day as they set it up already.

Overall good location. That's also the reason I chose it. Enough space for 2 people to stay. Easy to cook some simple things.
The water sink had some problem. Water Went down very very slow. I opened the lid and found there was a toothbrush lid there. After getting it out the speed didn't get better. After contacting the customer service via WhatsApp, they said the team would come to check it. Unfortunately by the time I check out, still nobody came to fix it.
