The property was located close to the beach and local shops

Great location, 10-15 min walk into Cala D’or. Also had restaurants and bars within 2-3 min walk. Pools were lovely, easy to get a lounger at any time of day. Staff were friendly and the property was very clean.

Everything was good!

It’s clean and renovated. It’s a fairly large complex. The water slides/park is a great addition. Close proximity to restaurants is a plus. Access to the beach is convenient, although it was crowded. The shows for the kids were great.

The pool is too small, crowded, and not so clean after a full day of kids splashing (and doing who-knows-what in it)! The hotel’s restaurant is low value — the staff was slow and ineffective, and the food quality was poor. We were brought a gluten free pizza still in its box.

The room was very clean, modern and everything worked well. The staff were very nice and the facilities are very good.

As two adults without kids, this wasn’t the right hotel for us. We were shocked to arrive and see the place was filled with screaming children and families. I even came back to this page to check how the hotel was described… there really wasn’t an indication that this was a kids resort besides one image of a kid’s playground (plenty of resorts have a playground for kids without it impacting the entire experience). There is thankfully an adults only pool but it is quite small and very close to the general pool (filled with screaming kids and families). The families start putting towels on pool chairs around 7am despite the pool not opening until 10am. At night the resort had live shows on for children which were very loud. We couldn’t sit and have a nice drink at the bar without hearing an entire Disney soundtrack being performed. Breakfast is in a room that resembles a conference centre. The noise of children was overwhelming.
