Geräumiges, komfortabels Appartement

Super schön gelegen an 2 Buchten mit Strand

Sehr große Anlage, merkt man aber kaum... außer bei der Parkplatzsuche... ich hatte zum Glück keine Halbpension, Abendessen war nur so mittelmäßig!

Exzellente Lage, traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer und auf die schöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist sauber, die renovierten Zimmer geschmackvoll. Im Prinzip sind es mehrere Inturotel Aparthotels die nebeneinander liegen, wir waren im Cala Azul. Man kann das Angebot von allen Anlagen nutzen. Die Anlagen sind sowohl für Familien als auch für Paare geeignet, es gibt „Adults Only“ Bereiche. Wenn man weit genug von der Entertainment Bühne der Nachbaranlage (Esmeralda Park) weg ist, ist es auch angenehm ruhig.

Das nächste Mal würden wir ohne Frühstück und Abendessen buchen. Das Essen war so, wie für den Preis zu erwarten. Legt man größeren Wert darauf besser ohne Verpflegung buchen. Es gibt ein Angebot aus allen Küchen Europas, um jeden Geschmack zufrieden zu stellen. Würde man sich auf das spanische Essen konzentrieren, wäre es sicherlich besser. Beim Abendessen muss man die Getränke zusätzlich bezahlen. (auch Wasser) Es könnte mehrere und bessere Spielplätze geben.

Sehr gutes Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick, Lage zu den beiden Stränden war perfekt

Kücheneinrichtung - aber Modernisierung der Küchenzeile ist ohnehin geplant :-)

WE CHOSE CALA D'OR BECAUSE IT HAD VARIETY OF BAYS FOR ALL AGES...WATER SPORTS AGAIN FOR EVERY AGE...

A fabulous resort that caters for all ages.The beaches were perfect.. sand and shallow bays , perfectly safe for children. Will definitely recommend to.others.

Bardzo ładny i czysty obiekt, w około dużo zieleni, wspaniała obsługa, fajne baseny z dostępnymi leżakami. Piękne zatoczki zaraz przy ośrodku. Śniadania w formie bufetu rewelacja, ogromny wybór, nie które Menu zmieniało się codziennie. Jest wszystko czego sobie zapragniesz. Bardzo dużo miejsca na śniadaniu i bardzo czysto, możliwość zjedzenia na tarasie z widokiem na baseny i morze. Duży balkon w apartamencie. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Dostępny darmowy parking, ale trudno ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca w godzinach popołudniowych. Spacerem do przeróżnych restauracji. Wieczorem organizowane imprezy dla dzieci i dorosłych. Nawet nie złe.

Dwa pojedyńcze łóżka w sypialni, w salonie nie wygodna sofa do spania, apartamenty z aneksem kuchennym i brak jakichkolwiek przypraw, nie ma nic, herbaty, kawy, płynu do naczyń. Mieliśmy apartament od strony parkingu, niesamowity hałas od samego rana do wieczora, wyjeżdżający i przyjeżdżający turyści. Nawet potrafią o trzeciej nad ranem przewozić metalowe wózki z jednego chodnika na drugi. Jak rezerwować apartament, to tylko nie od strony parkingu, skontaktuj się z obiektem i zapytaj w którym budynku będzie rezerwacja. Co do samego miasteczka, mi się nie podoba, ale to kwestia gustu.

Ideal para un descanso. Hermoso!

Las instalaciones del hotel parecen de all inclusive. Espectacular. Puedes usar las piscinas de los 4 complejos. fácil para aparcar el coche. el desayuno tipo bufet completísimo. La calas del hotel inmejorables!

Not relaxing or for couples without young kids

Great location next to Cala Azul & close walk to Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Petit & Cala Gran

Over run with young kids overtaking the pool are. Can only cool room to 22C. You pay for pool towels…lame. Room A101 is worst ever on stairway & over roundabout.

Enjoyable hotel stay

I had a great stay at your hotel, especially enjoying the activities, pool, daily room cleaning, and the beautiful rocky beach nearby. The complimentary birthday card was a lovely touch, and I appreciate it.

However, I must mention a significant issue that occurred at the restaurant/bar next to the pool near the rocky beach on the 25th of September. When I went to get my complimentary drinks there, the woman was exceptionally rude, with a tone that left me feeling uncomfortable (but I still managed to keep my cool and tried to smile). In fact, I regretted even getting the complimentary drinks due to her behavior. It's important to address such incidents to ensure a more pleasant experience for all guests. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but this encounter left a negative impression.

Overall a nice enough stay but room for improvement.

Access to pools, beaches, gym and buffet breakfast.

The air conditioner had a damp smell. The beaches at the resort unfortunately had rubbish and the rubbish would float into the water and you just felt like you were swimming in rubbish.

Very busy and big hotel. Lots of families. Get to the pool and beach early to secure a chair.

Wifi connection is poor. The beach and pool are very crowded. You have to pay to use the towels. Staff not very helpful. They didn't help us with our bags and we had to carry all our bags plus baby and pram up 3 flights of stairs. We only found out about the lift when I asked on our third day. Other guests also were not aware of the lift.

extra charges for use of iron, safe etc. did not have any anti slip mats for the bath, my 19month old was slipping everywhere! had to use a hand towel in the bottom of the bath every evening just so he didn’t hurt himself

very comfortable hotel and in an excellent location, my vacation was amazing.

there were no cleaning materials to wash dishes, and the maids didn't wash any day, we left with the sink full of dishes

This is the second time we came back to the same resort. We love the location, the sandy beach, amazing food in the restaurant, friendly personnel

Very good

The location was amazing - close to Cala d'Or town and the harbour. The hotel also has direct access to Cala Esmeralda, a beautiful beach bay. Multiple restaurants and swimming pools to choose from at the resort. The hotel is also walking distance from other beaches like Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena which are lovely beaches. All in all we had a great stay.

The rooms are slightly outdated and only part of the hotel have been renovated. We were in the older rooms as the new ones were fully booked. The old ones were still neat, clean and spacious though. One thing I need to point out is that the hotel has a Airport shuttle but you need to book it 72 hours in advance. We were not told about this at check-in, so when we enquired about the best way to get to the airport (the day before check-out) we've been told that we missed the cut-off to book the airport shuttle. I feel if you need to book an airport shuttle through the hotel 72 hours before departure it should be clearly communicated in advance either at check-in or via email before arrival. In the end we had to book a taxi for EUR 90 as we had to leave for the airport before the first bus started running. If you go to the airport after your stay, remember to book the hotel shuttle well in advance to avoid expensive taxis.

Super holiday , have recommended it and would definitely return .

Location superb .. short walk to the most picturesque town. The view from the room .. we paid for sea view and it was well worth it , beautiful. The beach .. stunning . The room .. spotless . Breakfast .. ticked all the boxes . Staff .. very pleasant . Hotel .. well kept.

The pool was not the cleanest towards the end of our stay when it was getting busier .. it was full of hair ! The only complaint I have . Everything else was wonderful .
