friendly staff, quick check in and check out, great clean facilities, variety of yummy food for a very good price, felt as if at home, room clean and bed very comfortable, free parking, after the 1st visit i know i will be staying in there each time I am in Swansea

comfy well equipt room. staff friendly and helpful. liked the walk around the lake (when we found it)
the location is hard to find. no view of lake from hotel that we found. confusing bar set up couldnt work out where to order food from or find a menu...

We had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned on arrival as toilet was dirty,
The room was dated and the furniture was very tired and worn.
Mould around the window.
Breakfast staff have a very poor attitude. Breakfast was supposed to be until 11.00am we arrived at 10.00 they started to clear away at 10.25.we had to ask for some things to be brought back as we had not finished. The toaster was turned off so mine had to be done in the kitchen.
