Prior to leaving Northamptonshire I had my retirement function at The Worlds End however I had not stayed in the accommodation. Reception gave my wife and I a very warm welcome. Our room overlooked the rear of the hotel and car park. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean. Towels were changed every day and the tea/coffee also replenished daily.
Breakfast was taken in the very beautiful restaurant and their was a very substantial menu to select from.
We did not eat dinner at the hotel such was our schedule. The staff at the hotel were excellent .

The breakfast was very good the staff were pleasant.
The bed was quite old and moved and squeaked when you lay on it. In general was clean. While my room was cleaned the next day my friends 2 door down was not. He asked at reception on his return to be told nobody was available and offered clean towels from the linen cupboard.
