Location was excellent, close to train station. Size of room was good.
Having tea facilities in the room I would expect to have some proper mugs as well as some teaspoons. It was a bit poor considering the quality of the hotel.
The cost of dinner per person was incredibly high.

Sitting on top of Gongdeok station is very convenient. It’s also on the airport line. Although amenities are lacking, the room and toilet are clean. Towels and sheets are clean.
The hotel is dated. Needs some renovation. The wall paper is peeling and some mold build up in the shower.

Room is good size, love the simmons mattress that allows you incline the angle of head or foot sections. The bed is very comfortable. Location is great too. There is a coin operated laundry room in the hotel. Gongdeok Subway station is connected to the hotel.

Bathroom very nice. Bed is comfy.
I liked the public steamer and ironing facilities, and the gym is well equipped.
check-in experience was painful at midnight with the clerk asking me to get the booking number (?) while she had my passport in hand and confirming she had my booking on her screen. A first for me, over procedural in my opinion, not to mention the lack of empathy facing a tired customer.
