Good room and facility but very poor manner staffs who speak not nice to me about my request.

Good room and facility.

Staffs manners are very poor. He did not speak nicely to me. I travel a lot and never meet such a poor manner staffs. For example, when I asked the staff to call me a taxi to airport and said "please, I am in a hurry", the staff(guy) feel being push and is not happy and reply "I am trying to help you by using app to call a taxi for you", he almost said "do not push me". Actually, there are two staffs who speak not nice to me, the hotel manager needs to look into this issue seriously. For this issue alone I would never come back to stay here again and would advise all my friends not to stay here either. This is not I would expect from a Four-star hotel. The check out is too early 11:00 am compared to most others hotel at 12:00 pm.

間違いなし

ロケーションが素晴らしい。地下鉄の駅からほぼ直結！レセプションの方は日本語対応してくださいました。部屋の清潔感や広さも満足のいくものでした。高層階の部屋だと眺めも良い。コンセントの数が多くて助かりました。ホテル内に売店もあり、歯ブラシ等買えます。

不錯

離金浦機場跟弘大很近，週邊公車也很多，善用公車到其它景點都很方便。飯店大廳就有7-11,也有飲水機跟微波爐和廁所可以使用。房務阿姨很親切，都會主動跟我們打招呼，有問題也會盡速幫忙處理。

如果同時鄰近房有人在洗澡時，熱水會比較不穩定。除了京義中央線離飯店最近，實際要去搭搭其他線地鐵會走比較久。

非常推薦，下次會再入住

入住時員工很有禮貌，房間我訂的房是一張雙人床及一張單人床，房間非常乾淨，床很舒服，每天都有服務員清潔，我們3個人都叫了前台多給我們一個枕頭，睡得很舒服。酒店非常近鐵路，9號出口一出就到酒店，酒店大堂有便利店，附近有好多食市，還有我們買了太多東西要郵寄，酒店對面馬路就是郵局，超級方便，我們用了30分鐘就完成寄件。

就是酒店叉電插頭安裝有問題，我們自備了轉插器，只可用床頭的插頭叉電

Exceptional

Location was fantastic. Train station just downstairs. Super convenient for travel and 7/11 on the level as the lobby hotel. Rooms were a little small, and there wasn't much views from the room but didn't matter anyway! Would come back again. Super happy with where we stayed for our 8 days stay in Korea.

Great stay

Very central, with subway just below the hotel. Easy to get to from the airport via airport line or direct bus from airport. Very near Yeoido Hangang Park and the Hyundai Seoul - take the bus across the bridge instead of subway.

Going to many attractions may take minimally 30-40min each way via public transport.

Convenient stay in the middle of Seoul

Great location and very big room with a nice view. The bar was also very nice and great service!

The plugs seemed not to work so we struggled with charging the electronics.

Good Location. Large subway transfer point, including airport line. Plenty of restaurants around. Walkable neighborhood.

Long wait times for elevator due to insufficient capacity. Only 2 elevators service ground floor to top floor (24F). Bathroom does not include a floor towel / mat. This leads to wet floors in the dry parts of the bathroom after showers.

Hotel is just standard, breakfast is worst.

Location and Room quality is ok. housekeepers are so kind.

Breakfast is worst. Food quality and services both are worst. I don't think that they care of this breakfast service. It seems that this restaurant is independent one from hotel and only prepare its own lunch and dinner services even during the breakfast time. yes, hotel still offer in-house breakfast venue. That's all. Too expensive for the quality to pay 22000won each. though hotel location is not bad, close to the metro station, taxi drivers were stuggliing to find the main entrance when we give this hotel address. it shows other side of hotel path. if family has the elders or the disables or have some luggages might be uncomfortable if finding wrong parking spot.

Superb

Great location just next to Gongdeok Station. Use exit 9 and the hotel is right in front of you. Comfy beds & we had very good sleep during our stay. A convenience store, 7-11 just sit next to the lobby. You can get late meals there. I have no complaints.

The staff greeted us well :)

The window could be opened to let some cold air into the room. The toilet was big and spacious and clean! Location was great. at Gongdeok station, we are able to switch to different train lines.

Didn't have proper space to place our luggage's in the room. Had to find some other corners to place the bag.
