Staff is excellent and location is great.
Very dark room even with all the lights turned on. Toilet handle kept coming off. Not enough outlets in general.

It is very convenient to travel to any part of Seoul and Airports as Glad Mapo is located just next to Gongdeok station.
During my six-night stay, the breakfast offerings remained identical each day. It was quite expensive.

The location was certainly a compelling reason to stay, as the metro station is just a minute's walk away.
Soundproofing was an issue; I heard doors banging throughout my stay, which freaked me out. The 7-Eleven on the lobby floor was always crowded, making it take some time to get inside.
