we stayed at the glad mapo for 14 days, and we could not fault it. bottled water was added to our fridge everyday, which was great because it was HOT spring weather! the ice machine downstairs was convenient for DIY iced coffee. the 7-11 in-house saved our hungry stomachs! if the standard pillow is too soft you can ask for a memory foam one. it saved my neck and was delivered in 10mins. everyone is so friendly and happy to help.
the room was great with 2 single beds. plenty of space to fit all our luggage AND purchases.
we were originally concerned about the room temperature but once we realised we could set the aircon, it was fine. i believe the heating is not used in spring, which was completely understandable as it was 27-29°C our entire stay.
we will definitely be staying here again. it’s so close to several subway lines and plenty of great places to eat within short walking distance.
